The CPLP residence permit costs 15 euros to issue.
When you apply for the residence permit, a single billing document (DUC) is created with instructions on how to pay.
Please note: you can only pay 48 hours after the DUC has been generated. SEF sends an e-mail confirming that payment has been made.
