Before associating the attributes, check with your local council that your data is up to date on the SIREL platform. The City Council must also upload the Minutes of Installation or Appointment relating to your position on this platform.

To associate attributes of public officials, you need to authenticate yourself with one of the following means:

• Digital Mobile Key (CMD).
• Portuguese Citizen Card 

Once authenticated, you will need to:

• indicate the date of your investiture as a Local Elected Official
• indicate the legal person identification number (NIPC) of the organisation where you hold office
• attach a PDF of the Minutes of Installation or Appointment.
